Rosewood Manor offers an elevated experience literally. The balconies and mezzanine create dynamic, multi-level spaces that add visual depth to your reception and give guests a unique vantage point to take it all in.
Spacious Indoor Reception Hall
The Manor comfortably hosts up to 250 guests, with indoor tables and chairs included. The floor plan is generous and well-considered, designed to allow for natural flow between ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception without any of the logistical friction.
Dedicated Bridal and Groom Suites
Both suites are private, spacious, and designed to set the tone for your morning. You'll have all-day access, with an upgraded suite option available for those who want a little extra comfort and style.
Cocktail Patio and Built-In Bar
The cocktail patio at Rosewood Manor creates a natural gathering space where guests can relax, mingle, and soak in the surroundings. The beautifully built-in bar keeps everything flowing, and you're welcome to bring your own alcohol. A licensed and insured bartender is required.
Scenic Outdoor Ceremony Spaces
The Manor's grounds are a destination in themselves. The custom-designed arbor ceremony area sits amid sprawling valley views, with magnolia trees, manicured lawns, flowers, and hillside scenery creating a naturally stunning backdrop. An outdoor pergola next to the babbling creek offers yet another unique and private ceremony option, perfect for couples who want their moment surrounded by nature.

- One-hour complimentary rehearsal (Tuesday–Thursday)
- Two planning visits to finalize your timeline, table placement, and vendor logistics

- Paved and lighted parking lot
- Handicap-accessible indoor restrooms
- Accessible vendor drop-off, food truck, and specialty car bar placement
- Open vendor policy: bring your own, or choose from our preferred vendor network
- Final walkthrough before your event

- Rosewood Manor hosts up to 250 guests and is available in 10-hour, 14-hour, and 20-hour reservations.
- Sunday 10 Hours $5,995 | 14 Hours $6,495 | 20 Hours $12,495
- Friday 10 Hours $6,995 | 14 Hours $7,495 | 20 Hours $9,495
- Saturday 10 Hours $7,995 | 14 Hours $8,495 | 20 Hours $12,495
- Tuesday–Thursday 4 Hours $1,995 | 6 Hours $2,495 | 8 Hours $2,995 | 14 Hours $3,995
- Off-Season (Nov. 15 – Apr. 15) 6 Hours $3,995 | 8 Hours $4,495 | 10 Hours $4,995 | 14 Hours $5,495
- 20-hour reservations are split between 2 days. Additional hours can be purchased for $250–$400. Off-season rates apply November 15 through April 15.
