The Magnolia Barn

- One-hour complimentary rehearsal (Tuesday–Thursday)
- Two planning visits to finalize your timeline, table placement, and vendor details
- Professional planning tools and event staff on-site
- Paved and lighted parking lot
- Handicap-accessible indoor restrooms
- Accessible vendor drop-off, food truck, and specialty car bar placement
- Open vendor policy: bring your own team, or choose from our preferred vendor network

Current Discounts
$200 First Look Discount
Book your venue within 24 hours of your tour and receive $200 off your reservation.
(Please note: this timeframe may be extended to 72 hours in the future.)
5% Military & First Responder Discount
As a thank you for your service, we proudly offer 5% off for all military personnel and first responders.
5% Paid in Full Discount
Clients who choose to pay their reservation balance in full will receive 5% off their total package.
The Expedited Elegance Discount (New)
Wedding clients booking a wedding date within the next 8 months will receive $500 off their reservation.
Important Information
Discounts may not be combined or stacked. Only one discount may be applied per reservation. We’re happy to answer any questions and help you determine which option best fits your celebration.
