At Magnolia Estate, we offer optional coordination and décor services designed to simplify your planning, elevate your day, and keep everything your team, your timeline, and your look working together seamlessly.

Whether you want someone to manage every moving piece or simply want a little extra support, our in-house packages are designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Our Coordination Program

All packages below are optional add-ons to your venue rental. Each tier builds on the last, so you can choose the level of support that feels right for your day.

Day of Coordination

You’ve done the planning. We handle the execution.

Our in-house coordinator and event staff team step in on your wedding day to bring everything you’ve built together so you can be fully present and leave the logistics to us.

What’s Included:

  • Full day-of coordination services
  • Complete event setup and teardown
  • 2 planning meetings with your coordinator to review and finalize your vision
  • Timeline creation and event diagram
  • Rehearsal coordination
  • Ceremony coordination
  • Reception and vendor coordination
