Spacious Indoor Reception Hall
The Magnolia Barn comfortably hosts up to 200 guests, with indoor tables and chairs included. The open floor plan gives your guests room to move, gather, and celebrate, and gives your vendors the flexibility to bring your vision to life.
Dedicated Bridal and Groom Suites
Your morning matters. Both suites are private, comfortable, and designed to help you start the day feeling calm and ready. You'll have all-day access, with an upgraded suite option available.
Cocktail Patio and Built-In Bar
The brewery-style cocktail patio is a guest favorite, a natural gathering space where the energy of the evening starts to build. With a beautifully built-in bar, guests are never far from a drink or a conversation. You're welcome to bring your own alcohol; a licensed and insured bartender is required.
Outdoor Ceremony Space
The Barn's outdoor ceremony areas offer a stunning natural backdrop, open green space, a charming wooden gazebo, a pergola ceremony space, and a brick garden party wall that makes for effortlessly beautiful photos. Multiple unique, private spots give you options without sacrificing intimacy.

- One-hour complimentary rehearsal (Tuesday–Thursday)
- Two planning visits to finalize your timeline, table placement, and vendor logistics
- Professional planning tools and event staff on-site
- Paved and lighted parking lot
- Handicap-accessible indoor restrooms
- Accessible vendor drop-off, food truck, and specialty car bar placement
- Open vendor policy: bring your own, or choose from our preferred vendor network
- Final walkthrough before your event

- The Magnolia Barn hosts up to 200 guests and is available in 10-hour, 14-hour, and 20-hour reservations.

- 20-hour reservations are split between 2 days. Additional hours can be purchased for $250–$350.
