Magnolia Estate is located in Miamisburg, Ohio, and is available for private tours by appointment. The Magnolia Barn is at 700 Benner Road and Rosewood Manor is at 650 Benner Road — both on the same beautiful property.
We recommend scheduling a tour so you can experience the property fully and see which space feels right for your day.
